Tiff’s Treats: What Do You Know About Them?
Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery is well-known for delivering freshly baked goods such as cookies and brownies to customers’ homes while they’re still warm from the oven. We’ve made it a point to specialize in a few popular items, use only freshly made dough, and never run out of our most popular toppings.
Send Them Off Steaming Hot
Our primary objective has not changed despite the fact that we have expanded to 59 locations, employ more than 1,000 people across Texas, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte, and bake and deliver delicious cookies while they’re still warm from the oven. Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery has expanded from a dorm room to 59 locations. Incredibly cool. Tell me what you think the reason is for this expansion.
App Development Process
Technology, especially the development of our app, played a significant role in our expansion. Our customers can now make purchases through a system that is both quick and simple to use. Find out exactly when your cookie delivery will occur. It will be interesting to observe the delivery of your cookies.
Our app users make up a sizable portion of our most engaged demographic. The astute decision to leverage technology for expansion is validated by these results. Currently, more than 25% of all orders are placed via our mobile app.
App for Tiff’s Treats
The Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery: How to Put It to Use. Our app isn’t just handy; it also helps us keep track of a ton of data about our users’ actions and preferences. Customers can log in to our app and place cookie orders. We get to know the person’s name, residence, and preferred menu items through these exchanges.
When and How They Presented It
We can collect more information and feedback if they rate their delivery experience and app usage. With this knowledge, we can provide superior service to each individual customer. It’s part of our business strategy to keep things feeling like you’re visiting someone’s home bakery.
The Most Pervasive Marketing Challenges
Tell me what you thought was the most challenging aspect of marketing before you made the change. Our team had to manually sort customers into categories based on their location and purchasing habits before we had the infrastructure in place to fully utilize this information. There were a few flaws in this approach to dividing up customers.
Details Regarding Clients
It becomes increasingly difficult to manually segment a company’s data as it expands. Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery has 10,000 customers, but getting to know just ten of them is a completely different experience. Customers’ profiles (geographic location, preferred brands, etc.) are dynamic and subject to immediate update. Due to the inflexibility of manual segmentation, we would need to constantly restructure these groups and shuffle around the characteristics of our customers.
How Much Information We Gathered
Only those in IT had access to client records. Every time we needed data or updated customer information, we had to bug the IT department. Both parties eventually grew weary of making the same requests. We outgrew the days of segmenting consumers manually for marketing purposes. The issue was immediately traced back to our technology infrastructure. No matter how much information we gathered with our previous ESP, we were unable to put it to good use.
Uses for Your Marketing Technology Platform
When you discovered the limitations of your MarTech stack, what actions did you take? We realized we needed a strategy for collecting, sifting through, and making use of data about our clientele, so we set out to learn more. We quickly realized that all of our issues with data collection and utilization could be resolved by including Iterable and Movable Ink in our technology stack.
Modifiable, Reusable Ink
Before we started working with Iterable and Movable Ink, we were limited to sending country-specific Happy Birthday emails and messages. We can now configure our database to perform these searches automatically.
